I saw a photo on Pinterest of a combo that I couldn’t stop thinking about. Oreo and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. I decided that I just had to try this perfect combination. Two Oreo biscuits with one peanut butter cup covered in chocolate. And as I anticipated, it was amazing!
Simple, few ingredients and addicting. Can it get any better- no!
Ingredients:
2 Oreo biscuits
1 Reese´s peanut butter cup
chocolate (choose your favorite)
sprinkles/ decoration (optional)
Method:
Remove the part of the oreo biscuit with the white stuff on it. That’s the part that you’ll need. The other part, without the filling, you can put in your mouth and eat it.
To assemble this little cookie, you start with putting one of the oreo bisquits on the table – filling side up. Place one peanut butter cup on to the filling and then place the other oreo biscuit, filling side down, on top of the peanut butter cup.
Melt chocolate and put your cookie on a fork. Use a spoon and cover the cookie with chocolate. Now put it on a wax paper or baking paper and decorate (I’ve used starts made out of real edible gold). Let the cookies cool in the fridge until the chocolate has set.
Repeat this process i you want more cookies, which I think you will 🙂 Delicious!
