Delicious Grilled Cheese

A crispy and cheesy grilled cheese sandwich is always a hit! It’s a perfect midday snack and breakfast. But it also works great as a midnight snack or hangover cure. You can use as much cheese as you like and any type of cheese.( I often go with three different types of cheese. ) Add ham or another ingredient if you want. As long as you have a crispy outside and a cheesy gooey middle everything will be fine.

Ingredients:
2 servings

4 slices of bread
300 g grated cheese (blend the kinds you like)
1,5 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
ham, optional
butter for greasing

Method:
Mix cheese with spices in a bowl. Butter both sides of each bread slice. Divide 2/3 of the cheese on 2 of the slices of bread. Add ham Put the other bread slice on top of the other and place in a hot frying pan.
Fry for 3 minutes on medium heat. Turn it over and sprinkle more cheese on the top. Let the other side fry for 3 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on this side. Turn after 2 minutes and now your have to go by look here. You should not burn the cheese but it should get hard and crispy, and deep golden. It’s really important that the cheese inside is melted!
Remove from the pan and let them sit for 1 minute before cutting them into 2 pieces and serve
